The HM-SXY ore-analysis configuration from HM Instruments is a handheld X-ray fluorescence analyzer for field elemental screening. It combines a variable-voltage X-ray source with a Si-PIN detector and on-instrument spectral analysis to support rapid examination of suitable geological samples.
